Moroccan entrance
A villa entrance in need of some spice.
This space is rethought with a Moroccan style in mind. The area was initially an outdoor space which we closed off and added a skylight to let in all the natural light. The end result is a welcoming area with lots of charming details and personality.
We used a few tricks to make the space more interesting and maximize functionality.
For the feature wall, we added plenty of greenery and small accessories to dress up the many niches. This added personality to the space and made it more unique.
The moroccan theme was also carried out through the choice of cushions, rugs and in the arched mirrors.
To seamlessly integrate a couple of functional features we used arched doorways with the mashrabiya pattern; One for the existing door leading to the helper’s room, and one hid the shoe cabinets
